Corona, food habits and protective abilities
All of the nutrients we consume are mainly three-dimensional # acidic, # alkaline, or $ neutral in nature.  In fact, it is determined by the amount of free hydrogen particles that are disrupted during digestion in our body.  This is called the #pH value in the language of chemistry.  pH 7 is called neutral, foods with a working pH of 7 are called acidic foods, and all of these foods increase the amount of acid in our body.  Foods that are high in pH 7 are called alkaline foods.

However, keeping our body pH between 7 and 7.5 keeps us healthy.  You may have noticed that after the onset of coronary artery disease, the incidence of #HeartAttack, #Diabetes, #Hypertension is lower than before.  This is because we are now using basil, turmeric, fenugreek, betel nut, coriander, lemon, garlic, zodiac oil, etc. as per the guidelines issued by the government’s AYUSH ministry.  All of these foods range in pH from 7.5 to 10.  So these are helping to keep the body’s natural pH levels right.

In the past, we ate a lot of acidic foods, such as amish, cola, fast food, and so on.  These are digested in the human body and greatly reduce pH.  The same thing applies with # coronavirus.  The effects of corona increase the amount of acid in the body.  Increased acidity makes it difficult for the body to breathe, and the lungs cannot function at full capacity.  No matter how hard you breathe, your breathing becomes short.  A highly acidic body cannot breathe for more than 20 seconds.

At this point, it is important to eat as much alkaline food as possible and reduce the amount of acid in the body to a neutral level.  The following is a list of commonly used foods and their pH values.  Let's see what we can eat.  Not only now, we need to keep our body healthy at all times.  Almost all amish are acidic and the fruits, roots, koli, paribas, etc. are alkaline.  Always eat foods high in pH and strengthen the body's immunity.

Animals also release food during illness.  It would be good for us now and in the future to eat less, lighter and more alkaline foods and follow # Ayurveda during this # epidemic.
