How many festivals are celebrated in the temple during the year in  Shri jagannath temple ?

 Shri jagannath Mahaprabhu's in 12 months 13 yatra(festvial), 27 sub festival , and 108 festivals( including all )are celebrated at different times of the year!  The famous twelfth journeys were - Chandanayatra, Snanayatra, Guntichayatra, Shayan Ekadashi, Side Change, Utthapan Yatra, Dakshinayan Yatra, Parvan Sasthi, Pusyabhishek, Uttarayan or Makar Sankranti, Dolayatra and Damanak Chaturdha!  In addition to Barayatra during the year, the thirteenth pilgrimage is named after the Niladrimahodaya Mahotsav!

 3-Rukmini Haran Ekadashi - (Elder Shukla Ekadashi)

 4-snana yatra - (oldest full moon)

 5. Srigunticha Yatra - (Asadha Shukla II)

 6. Hera Panchami - (Asadha Shukla Sashti)

 7. Bahuda Yatra - (Asadha Shukla Dashmi)

 8-Chitalagi amabasya - (Shravan New Moon)

 9-Jhulan Yatra - (Shravan Shukla Nabami)

 10-Ghama Purnima - (Shravan Purnima)

 11- Janmastami - (Bhadrabamas Krishna Ashtami)

 12th-Ganesh Chaturthi - (Bhadrav Shukla Chaturthi)

 13th-Saptapuri amabasya  - (Bhadrav New Moon)

 14th -Banana janma - (Bhadrav Shukla Ekadashi)

 15th-Radhasthami - (Bhadrav Shukla Ashtami)
